Your scheduled coach developed an electrical problem during the morning motel pickups, which in turn activated the engine safety system.  In turn the engine shut down and the driver was prevented from driving on.  Our mechanic was communicating with him throughout this time.

We believe you may have heard the driver speaking with our team at the Adelaide Central Bus Station who were doing their best to ensure that all passengers were conveyed to the departure point for Kangaroo Island in time to meet the ferry. They organised the Taxi to take you to the Bus Station so this could happen.

Breakfast was omitted in error by the Consultant. Whilst we sincerely apologise for this, we have several accommodation options which include breakfast.This had subsequently been addressed by additional training for the Consultant in question.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your 2 day Best of Kangaroo Island tour with SeaLink. We are sorry to read that the tour did not meet your expectations. In order to allow our customers to choose from a range of accommodation options on KI, we do provide a pick-up service from some locations (including Kingscote) to meet with the tour coach, which starts the day at Penneshaw. We will investigate why you were transferred so early on the 2nd day and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. 

We have begun to investigate why your Airport transport missed you at the Airport. From reports, the plane arrived early and the driver was not quite at the Airport. We use a sub-contractor for this service and we have raised this issue with them to put in measures to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
