Great product, great service.

Dear Rececca We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with the clock. The case is made from iron and weighs over 5kgs and the movement is High Torque quartz made in Germany. The hands are lightweight to allow movement outdoors and to support a quartz mechanism. So we do try and source the best materials in our products. The clock is also supplied with a 12 months UK manufacturers warranty, so we can deal with any issues immediately. If you would like to return the clock to us we can happily repair or replace under warranty.

I had a query about the block's dimensions which they responded to very quickly,which impressed. The clocks themselves are fabulous. Really classy and look great in the bedroom.

No. Not good enough.

Very poor quality control. I bought a clock from a shop locally, and loved it. Bought a clock from the website, and the quality of construction was shockingly bad.
