Thank you for the candid feedback. Firstly, it is completely unacceptable that we couldnt get something as basic as your name right. I have already taken this up with my team and will ensure this is prevented from occurring again in the future. I would like to offer my personal apologies for this and hope you can forgive us. Secondly, there must have been a misunderstanding with regard to the viewings. This should have been made more clear by us. We have a viewing team who are available around the clock and I am sorry you feel you were left to host all of the viewings if this wasnt your preference. Thirdly, I have addressed your comments about our reception person making you feel unwelcome. Anybody who comes into our office is more than welcome and should be treated with warmth and respect. Please accept our apologies that you felt this wasnt the case when you came in. Fourthly, we rely on our suppliers as far as floorplans and orientation are concerned and have let them know we need to tighten up on the accuracy going forward. Lastly, we were able to agree a deal within c4 weeks of putting the flat on the market and the price agreed was above valuation which isnt a guarantee for modern flats. It is disappointing to hear that despite this your expectations werent met in relation to the amount of viewings/overall interest.
