Paul - sorry to hear of your problems with this hirer.

Having looked into this, I can see that the hirer raised a query with you as the products in the photos were not what was briefed for. Thanks for resolving this by re-checking your answers.

You were never asked for a picture of the signing in book, so this is why it was not mentioned in the brief.

As you have completed over 200 shifts with RedWigWam, we hope that the others have been great experiences. Rest assured, we will pass on the feedback to the hirer regarding the delay in the approval of your timesheet.
