Upon reviewing our records, the Travel Insurance offered by Manulife was declined, but the travel protection offered by the tour operator was selected at time of booking. Our records further show you contacted our office to see about cancelling the tour operators travel protection. The agent reached out to the tour operator and was advised the travel protection is nonrefundable. We have to abide by the tour operators Terms & Conditions.
