Really helpful customer service team
Having booked my holiday online I contacted customer service with a special request. They passed the request to the hotel on the same day and sent confirmation via email.

Brilliant bar and waiting staff let down by ageing hotel & poor management

The Siva grand beach resort is a great getaway
