Slightly disappointed
I was rather disappointed as when I have re booked exactly the same holiday to Venice a year later it is apparently going to cost nearly £500 more.

Friendly and courteous
Once I'd got past Customer Service, the person I dealt with - Jason- couldn't have been more helpful. i was able to defer my booking from April until September (fingers crossed).
