Quick service. Box arrives in is not as nice as some of the competitors...nor is how it is presented internally, nor the invoice layout and design.

Happy cats, happy owners.
They are very much customer oriented, I had a small problem with changing my order and after a quick call it was sorted very quickly. It was really nice speaking to a friendly and helpful assistant.
