Food ok for cats, but not enough per pouch
Service is fine and lots of info but don't like when it's overdone. Too many emails in a very short time

Great service
Delivery was on time. My cat loves the pouches. Easy to use the site. Only disappointment was that there were now recycle envelopes left in stock.

Why accept repeat orders if you cannot fulfil ?
Service okay but kept having daily emails saying they could not fully fill my repeat order but it was despatched on time? ? ?

This is SUCH a good idea! I would have given it the full five stars, except the package took a long time to arrive. Could have been my fault, giving an old card number. I also could have held it...
