No longer use them - shop elsewhere with free delivery.

Ordered - then when delivered one item out of stock - and wouldn't send when in stock unless I paid delivery again. Poor.

Hi Diane,

Sincere apologies we were out of stock of an item, occasionally this does happen we stock over 2500 Coffee and beverage related items so unfortunately on some occasions due to out of patterns demands or unusual seasonality.

On this occasion you referenced we wouldn't send the stock, this is because we had no ETA on the stocks arrival from the manufacturer. when this is the case the customer is automatically refunded to prevent extended delays and also to ensure you get everything you paid for and a refund for anything you didnt.

We would love a second chance to do better for you next time... why not give us a call when your ready for your next order and we can organise a nice discount on your next purchase.

Normally good service was blemished this time, but fairly quickly corrected

Ordered disposable coffee cups and lids. Lids arrived a few days later but cups did not. After chasing it was discovered the cups were dispatched to the wrong address and had to be retrieved....
