Hi Valentina. Thanks for your feedback, but we're a little confused I'm afraid. Your gift is a cash contribution and there is no VAT that's been added or charged as per the invoice you have been emailed.
I can see that you have selected to send the couple of printed gift card containing your message at a charge of £3.50. This is entirely optional and we would be happy to cancel this option and refund you if you would prefer? Please just let us know.

Impossible to your service good as I don't know whether the gift has been delivered or not. Your publicity says something about delivery being a short while after the event (i.e. a wedding) which...
