Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The trigger for moving management isn't always because the visible things like cleaning or maintenance, it can be due to H&S, risk management, financial management and correct Lease administration. As members of ARMA, RICS and LKP we have to adhere to a certain standards and codes. Client monies are covered by the RICS client money protection scheme, insurance regulation through the RICS scheme and we are audited by ARMA/RICS. These are all safeguards that are very important for sustainable long term management. We may charge a little more than a local agent that doesn't have the same infrastructure but our customers feel we deliver a lot of value in return. From over 1000 reviews we are rated 4.9/5* so hopefully this means we are doing something right :) We manage properties down the road from our head office all the way to Birmingham and Southampton. We use local contractors and we fulfil our quota of site visits( the same as if our office was next door).
