We are very sorry to hear our service received did not meet your expectations, we understand you called on Monday to speak to Alex, who was unfortunately not available to return your call until Wednesday. The colleague who took the message was not given any information on the matter so wasn't able to assist you when you initially called. However, as we understand it you received a parking ticket as the traffic warden was not able to fully see the permit but did not advise you of this when you spoke to them at the time.The parking company has since rescinded the parking ticket as a gesture of goodwill to apologise for this which was done within 24 hours of Alex raising the matter with them. We hope this satisfies your requirements and hope to reach a 5 star rating moving forwards!
