Thanks for your feedback, we do appreciate that long standing issues with non operational lifts is particularly frustrating especially in tall buildings.In this instance the lift company was changed during the year after PBM felt the building was not getting the correct levels of service in regards to the lift call outs which was a contributing factor in the delay.We changed the lift company and appointed a new contractor who has already shown great promise and due to the pre existing issues has carried out a number of works on site at no costs to the flat owners. There was a lead time for the parts for the lift which are bespoke to our lift and are manufactured in mainland Europe which also contributed to the delay.We sincerely apologise for the delay and are working with the new contractor to ensure the building receives a better service moving forward.
