Terrible gift subscription process. Price tag visible throughout.

I bought a subscription as a gift for Christmas. When the person set it up they saw the price tag multiple times throughout the set up process. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable....

Hi there, I am terribly sorry that you are not happy with our gift redemption process. Whilst we are somewhat limited by the third party checkout provider we use, we really do appreciate any and all feedback so that we can improve on these issues. Hi there, I am sorry you were not happy with our recent switch to Hermes. As we have discussed, we are still in a trial phase with this but so far our data suggests their service is on par with that of our previous courier partner. That being said, we do send all parcels on a signed for delivery service and as such your order should not have been left unattended. Thankfully we are always on hand to help and rectify any issues that may crop up! I can understand that you were not happy with the switch, but it was sad to see you go because of it. Excellent customer service to deal with a broken glass

It was my first order from Pour & Sip and glass broke during delivery. So I contacted customer support, they responded within an hour and they sent an entirely new box rather than just a new glass....
