Pay to send items back

Good service but expensive to pay delivery and to pay returns. If I had know this, this would have prevented me from buying anything in the first place.

Awful

****. Orderd, money taken, confirmation email received. Two days later - emailed to tell me out of stock. I asked how I was able to order something out of stock? Ignored.
