Good but for the use of Hermes as a courier

I'd rather you use the Royal Mail other than Hermes, as they are simply not reliable

Prompt service.

Service was prompt and my issue was promptly addressed although I found the messaging service was a little clumsy. Prescription arrived quickly too and much better than its competitors.
