Poor

Poor throughout. Order took a long time to process. I cancelled it, and then it was still dispatched. Even after cancellation confirmed.

Unfortunately once an order is processed to our dispense facility you would need to contact us to have the order cancelled manually if this is no longer required. I did cancel by contacting you and you sent me a message confirming cancellation. The next day however you sent a follow up message saying youdispatched it after it had already been cancelled. I only cancelled in the first place due to you being a lot slower to process than your competitors.

Would have give five stars, but as they do not offer a repeat prescription service and there is a repeat charge for describing the same medicine, I cn only give four stars.
