I am sorry to learn that you are disappointed in your recent shopping experience. Our Customer support team had been in contact with yourself to resolve the situation. We had to allow up to 10 working day for Royal mail to deliver the items to yourself, as this is standard practice.
We had resolved the issue with sending a replacement order to yourself.

Not very happy with the slate cheese board as it isn't engraved but written on. The keyring was sent with brown rust like marks. I got sent a replacement but unfortunately it had the same marking.
