I cannot see that you have contacted customer services to report the damaged items, I have sent you a seperate e-mail with regards to this today.
The delivery charge paid of £3.95 is based on somebody picking, checking, packing, and despatching your order as well as the initial courier charges & packaging incorporated, we are based in Irlam should you wish to collect from us next time, this is a free service we offer on the checkout page online.

I have e-mailed personally today to obtain further information over the balloons inflated.
It is extremely rare that we encounter problems with balloons and helium and when inflated correctly to the correct size, latex balloons withstand a life of 7 hours whereas foil balloons are up to a week
