Ordered balloon on 14/7 for delivery 20/7 as daughters graduation meal on 21/7. Messaged them on 20th as not had any dispatch notice and status still indicated order being prepared, no reply, emailed...
Terrible!!!! Balloons ordered weeks ago failed to arrive! Can’t track as tracking details are incorrect! They don’t answer the phone!!!!! So disappointed!! Now I have to trail into town to purchase...
Awful service. How can you not deliver something and then not even bother to send a ‘sorry your items will be delayed’. I’m without products almost a week after the delivery date, no communication....
