Thanks for the great review. Whilst we feel we have an informative site that is very easy to use, sometimes the human touch is needed to provide a bit more clarity. I am delighted we found you the product you required and were able to provide cover suitable for travelling during the lockdown.

Thanks for the feedback but I have to advise there was no glitch that needed correcting on the platform. We have reviewed the call recording with the Agent who dealt with your customer service query and whilst on the line they checked the mobile app and highlighted that you needed to add both a start and end date in order to get the correct premium and not use the default dates in the booking engine which are preset to the current day + 1. It was also pointed out that on the mobile results page there was an overview of the cover required and the dates of cover chosen and that you should use this to double-check that you had the correct cover and requote if required. Also having taken your second call, the Agent offered to amend the policy for you manually but you declined. I am sorry that you had issues and I hope upon reflection you will see that we needed to collect the correct information in order to generate the correct premium based on age, location and duration of stay. We do take customer feedback seriously and when an issue is found we will correct it but in this case, we feel that 1-star feedback is unwarranted and we hope that you take the time to review and change. Thanks for your feedback about your group booking. Groups are always more complicated as we need the "Group Leader" to accept in writing the terms and conditions of the policy and provide a declaration which includes the traveller's full names and ages and a declaration that all are medically fit to travel, hence the reasons for the emails back and forth. Once we have that the issuing of the policy wording and the cover note is very quick and the cover is put in place immediately. I am pleased everything went well and I wish you safe travels
