Incorrect information provided. Lack of communication between departments. Overpriced "lowest possible quotes" then suddenly reduced again when cheaper quotes are found elsewhere.

Pleasent and professional
Third year running one insurance has come up cheaper than other companies,not just that their customer service is brilliant and don't feel being pushed at all.Will definitely recommend this to others

I would prefer a written reminder as I did not notice the E mail one. Fortunately I was able to renew when you telephoned but had I been away in the van I could have ended up driving an uninsured...
