Friendly and efficient service
Friendly, efficient, no waiting around, covid restrictions made entering the building a little awkward and I was surprised they didn't copy my details but again I'm sure that was covid related.

Hi, we're so sorry you feel this way. For people to leave the country and travel for both work or leisure, the testing is currently required, and we're just glad we're able to help travel resume, even though it isn't what anyone is used to or may agree with. Nonsense. I live and work in Italy and travel frequently and in every other country I’m required to travel to the tests are a fraction of the price of yours. It’s a licence to print money

Hi, thank you for your feedback - we're glad you'd recommend us! Regarding the consistency of how the tests are undertaken, all clinicians are trained the same, but the tests could be down to the individual as to why they might feel different if you've had several people do yours. But thank you for raising this, it's definitely something we will take note of and monitor. Thanks again.
