We're really disappointed to read this review because as we've advised over the telephone and on several occasions, unless you pay the policy excess we cannot progress your claim. We've attempted to call, e-mail and chase the payment repeatedly. Please do get in touch if you'd like to progress your claim. Thanks, Team NextGen

Straightforward process, just took a little while to process. Repair istelf was sent and returned in under 48 hours which was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend NextGen
