Sorry to hear that you are not happy with things. In line with Royal Mail pricing being based on weight, two caps weigh more than one and so that is reflected in the p&p cost charged, hope this explains.
I have had no communication with cricket supplies. The shirt has not been delivered. Very poor customer service

Hi Martyn, thanks for your feedback. Our records show that you placed your order on Friday 10th July and we dispatched your order on Monday 13th July which is the next working day as per our delivery information given on the product page on our website. We have tracked your order and can see that it has been delivered today Tuesday 14th July. We also replied to your email on 13th July advising you that your order has been dispatched (please check your junk folder for our correspondence).
