Not sure what we can do here to please. We have delivered a mattress and you did not like we have offered an upgrade or full refund and you have said that you wish to keep the mattress.
Very pleased with my purchase. Quick and simple to order, and was kept updated regarding delivery. Excellent quality bed, sturdy but light and easy to assemble.

Only downside is I feel the bed was slightly difficult to assemble with many parts. And will also be difficult to unassemble
