Slow and pedantic, not good value,
Very pedantic process considering I only required a screen replacement.
A very slow response time after initial acceptance.
Over 2 weeks to autbirise a minor repair is unacceptable.
I'm not sure...

Quick, easy and within the budget - just what I wanted.
Fantastic service - realistic price, helpful staff and my iPhone 7 covered quickly which is just what I wanted. Will definitely use Multi Gadget Insure again in the future.
