Hi John many thanks for your comments, we welcome your feedback. We're very sorry you were disappointed with your flowers. We have very strict procedures in place to make sure the quality and quantity of flowers are correct and at there very best and fresh when they leave our shops. We ask our customers to inform us straight away if they are disappointed so we can rectify any problems they may have. Thank you
