Prompt, friendly and efficient service.

Very good service. Very safely packaged guitar arrived as promised. My enquiries were responded to promptly and pleasantly. Initial confirmatory email and welcome email both arrived with no text.

Not what I ordered or paid for.

I ordered and paid for 2 sets of nickel bronze acoustic guitar strings. I received 1 set of phosphor bronze acoustic guitar strings. This wasn’t what I ordered and I am very disappointed.
