So much for the anonymous Feefo reviews! Don't have to be Sherlock Holmes to figure things out.
I really appreciate the response. There is nothing that needs doing that I can't address. I will clean the marks off of the back of the headstock. It would have been nice to get the manual and the Allen wrenches so that I can adjust things in future. I have bought 8 Ibanez basses at higher and lower price points in the past year so my expectations have been set by those experiences. Please note I didn't give you a bad score, just an average one. Please take this as constructive feedback from someone that buys more than I sell, all the time. When most people buy a new bass or guitar it is often a very special event for them, they may have had to save or cut corners elsewhere to buy an instrument, especially in the current climate. If it turns up in a shabby box (but well packed granted), missing tools and the manual with marks on the neck from being on a hanger it takes the shine off of what would normally be a wow moment on purchasing a brand new item. The acronyms NGD or NBD have been coined for a reason. If I bought this off of eBay secondhand I would understand. First impressions count is all I'm saying. Once again thank you for responding so politely. Based on your response I hope to buy from you again and but will speak with you first if that is acceptable?
