I'm sorry to hear that you've not yet received your parcel, and thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have just sent you an email with tracking details.
It appears that the parcel was out for delivery on Thursday 11th November but has not yet been successfully delivered. I have followed up with our delivery partner to get a further update and will feedback via email as soon as I hear back.
