The release date for pre-orders on this product was after our Europe Christmas delivery cut off. Christmas delivery this product was only available for UK and USA orders. This was highlighted in the product description and I can only apologies if you missed this detail or it wasn't immediately clear. The order you placed was actually a pre-order for the product, and the release/shipping date was detailed as 20th December. This pre-order release date was shown below the product name, in the product description, and on the confirmation email you were sent when your order was placed and paid for. We can only apologise if the detail wasn't clear or was missed. The order was shipped on 17th December, earlier than our promised release date. We have sent you an email with the tracking details.
