Everything generally good. Just one issue when a particular member of staff was floundering in response to our queries. Asked for another member of staff and they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a wonderful cycling holiday along the Mosel river in germany. Good accommodation. wonderful scenery. The bikes were excellent.

Correspondence was efficient and as promised. There was a problem with payment but the company did apologize for the mis-understanding.

The organisation was very good. We would have liked more hotels and pubs than B&Bs, but were told that this was not possible because of the locations. This may be true, but I am not wholly convinced....
