Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to read that you received great service throughout your journey and that the Travel Director went above and beyond to ensure you had everything you needed. We are also pleased that you enjoyed discovering so much of Portugal. At the same time, we understand your concerns regarding the pace of the itinerary and the amount of time spent travelling between destinations. Your comments about the estate visit and the time required to reach it are appreciated, particularly where you felt this could have been balanced differently within the itinerary. We also understand your disappointment with the shorter hotel stays, especially at the Octant in the Douro Valley, where you felt there was not enough time to enjoy the property and its facilities. Your feedback regarding the balance between sightseeing, travel time and time to relax at the hotels is valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration. Thank you again for choosing to travel with us and for taking the time to share your experience.
