Arrived the day before we did as planned. Tracked it on their website which was great to watch. Will recommend this for anyone, especially those with kids!!!

We received confirmation that our suitcases had arrived at the hotel, even before we left the house to go to the airport. The experience was totally hassle-free I would recommend this to anyone!
