Good afternoon, Apologies for the delay in delivery. We are working extra days with more drivers to get deliveries out sooner. We had an influx in orders we weren't prepared for but we are now getting back on track. Thanks, Service Delivery Team

Good afternoon, I apologize for the delay in delivery as said we had a large influx in orders which added delays to delivery. Majority of our depots are now caught up so deliveries will be back more to our usual time frame. Unfortunately our system has been down for a couple weeks in which we send customers texts and emails about delivery dates to let them know when deliveries are coming so we haven't been able to notify customers. I apologize for any inconvenienced caused and have logged as a complaint for you. Thanks, Service Delivery Team

Apologises for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused, Due to high demand on fuel because of the energy crisis this has caused the delays to happen, Once a delivery date was given you should have had an email the day before given from you to let you know and also regular updates via email/text also.
