I had to attempt over 6 times to complete the booking, my bank was authorising this and then your website kept advising there was an error. I had to turn to Twitter to get advice on how to resolve....

Lovely lady helped me with my booking. Very helpful
Was unable to book online without the tickets (already had these) got straight through on the phone, lady was very helpful.
