Our original booking was cancelled, there was no communication other than an email with a credit note, I was not asked if I’d prefer my money back. I have now booked again but the prices are a lot...

Staff member Jay was friendly and attentive. She understood our situation and tried to find the best possible solution. I felt like she had all the time in the world and we were the focus.
