Easy to use
I used the website to book a 2 nights holiday for my girls. It was very easy to use and fast. The only thing I would suggest is that the website needs more photos of the hotel, the room, the splash...

Telephone service was amazing. Website wasn't so easy to use, dates that weren't available on line were available when I phoned up. The person on the phone was so helpful though.

I was frustrated that even though I bought a multi day ticket to legoland I couldn't book more than one days worth of parking.
