Great phone service, found website a but confusing
Tried to book online but found the one day free etc a bit confusing we were about to book the free day as the day we arrived which is not much use when travelling from a far with a 3pm check in....

Was ok till I tried to confirm booking
The website was so easy until I tried to confirm booking and payment so had to call customer service to make my booking !!!

Process was quick, gave us lots of options for different packages and hotels etc, extra's were clearly shown with no hidden costs. Would highly recommend
