Not great customer service
Rang to book a short break - email arrived within a few seconds but a number of information was incorrect. Lead name was wrong, park entry date on tickets was wrong & cancellation waiver was booked...

Thanks for taking the time to inform us of the service you received surrounding the process of your booking.
I am very sorry to read that a number of errors took place when recording your information. I will of course be sure to see that action is taken towards improving the individuals due care and attention.
I am glad to read however that your issues have now been rectified with another call.

Very easy to use
Was great. Very straight forward and well layed out. Only problem was when trying to book car parking it was charging £20 regardless of whether you booked one day or four. So we didn't end up booking...
