Good Morning,
Many thanks for leaving us a review. Unfortunately due to the current world pandemic our suppliers are struggling to get some goods. Our inventory team and our procurement team our working around the clock chasing suppliers and trying to source alternatives, i do apologise if some stock lines are not available. Our phone lines are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, we are experiencing a high demand in calls and the customer experience team are answering the phones as fast as they can to solve everyone's queries/orders, please do hold and your call will be answered alternatively please do not hesitate emailing us at customerexperience@kcs.co.uk were we will be willing to assist you, get your call returned and answer any questions you may have.

Good Morning,
Many thanks for leaving us a review. Unfortunately item 06100518 was currently out of stock and due to the current pandemic our suppliers were struggling to get goods. The item has now arrived back in stock and has been allocated to you order. Our transport attempted delivery on 23/11 and the office was closed.
