I haven't received my pillow and I want my money back

Dear Customer,
I am sorry you have not received your order, I have looked into this for you.
We shipped your order on the 09th November, and you should have received an email with tracking details.
I have checked with the courier who have now said they have lost your parcel, we are sorry about that.
With the current climate couriers are struggling with the amount of parcels going through the system.
From our end the order is showing as shipped and the courier did not inform us that your parcel had been lost until we investigated. Please accept our apologies.
We would be happy to get replacements sent out to you but as you have advised you would like a refund I have issued that for you. If you need further assistance please contact us at customer support: hello@kallysleep.co.uk

Excellent pillow. Excellent staff, the pillow I wanted was out of stock. I managed to nab the last two in the warehouse. Very pleased with the service I received.

Excellent service and great quality product very supportive pillow helps you drift off to sleep
Great service, couldn't believe how fast it arrived.I suffer from a bad back and after using the pillow for a few nights it has made a huge difference, I sleep better as i sleep on my tummy this...
