Absolutely. Customer service answered my question immediately. . I had been suffering from a stiff neck .. no longer. The most comfortable pillows I have ever used !

Blanket received quickly but my issue is with return process. I had to chase for refund 14 days after return and strangely enough they say on their website to contact them after 14 days if you...
