Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you found your travel consultant to be friendly and helpful, though I do regret that you were underwhelmed with aspects of our trip dossier. Our Operations Team is in the process of reviewing all documentation provided to determine how it can be improved upon going forward, and thank you for your suggestions in this regard. However, to clarify, our Escorted Group Journeys are amongst the smallest in the industry (ranging from a minimum of 4 to maximum of 20 passengers). Vehicle size does vary according to the number in the group, nevertheless I would like to reassure you that there won’t be a change from a private to a public service in the event of us having a smaller group (on any of our tours), and I’m sorry if this was incorrectly communicated when you booked.

I am also sorry if the options available for booking transatlantic flights were unclear. All our Group Journeys can be booked as a flight-inclusive tour, where we make a transatlantic flight reservation without risk of penalty in the rare event of cancellation because of a tour not meeting minimum numbers. Having said that, we are always able to run our group tours as private journeys - so even when passengers book their own flights in advance of a tour being guaranteed, they won’t ever be left without a holiday.
