Excellent service from the lady in the web team. Needed to change diameter of pipe. Delivered replacement and collected the previous in 24 hours! She even remembered me when I called back to check...

My only complaint is that I called your head office twice, the day before the delivery, to explain how to get to our property and the access issues. But nobody from the branch called me back....
