Had to wait 5 days to get a courtesy car , I had to do all the chasing.
Not very good , I had to do all the chasing , no one called me back until I called up find out what was happening , it took 5 days to get a replacement courtesy car .

One word only… excellent.
Just excellent. Lodged my claim (stray deer damage), car collected within a few days and returned after 8 days as new.
