The staff online followed up after I asked for a quote. Once we decided to go with Insure and Go, it was very easy to do online - no problems so far.

Today I called again, got through straight away and spoke with another charming and helpful Team member who immediately resolved my problem.
So apart from communication problems yesterday, possibly due to a high number of enquiries re Coronavirus, I have nothing but praise for your company, Team and products.

When I purchased the policy using Groupon 20 I received my discount, however when I rang insurance go to ask about sending me the policy booklet I was told the company is paperless and also I purchased through a different company, I am totally confused. Not everyone has excess to a printer at home to download the policy booklet.
