By answering emails (sent 4 and received no replies) and providing correct information after an hour and three quarters hour wait when trying to talk to a customer service person. Customer serrvice...

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your point of view regarding other insurance policies. However, we only offer travel insurance policies and we don't have visibility on claims with other companies for other insurance products.

Easy to understand insurance. I haven’t had to use it to make a claim so I’m not sure how well they’d perform in this area. I did find cheaper insurance after purchasing.
